When will I receive my items?
99% of our orders are custom printed, shipped and will arrive at your doorstep within 1 week from your delivery order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 3-4 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
Upon your purchase you received a tracking number, if you have not received your items in 3 weeks please email email@example.com with your name, order and tracking number.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please hit reply on this email and we will do our best to help you out.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide.
When will you ship my items?
All items are custom printed and will have a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 4 days of payment and you'll receive your item within a week. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped
Where are my items coming from?
Our fulfillment house is located in the USA - Currently North Carolina and California.
I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?
We ship from multiple warehouses in multiple locations so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
Where is the store based ?
Our offices are based in Charlotte, North Carolina and our primary fulfillment center is in North Carolina and California as well.
Can I cancel/change my address/order?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations your order.

Can I get a discount if I make a larger order?
Yes, the more pieces you purchase, you can receive a discount. If you'd like to order in bulk, Please contact our Sales Department on email@example.com and provide the following information:
- The product(s) that you are interested in
- The exact order quantity for each product
- Your desired timeframe
- Any special packing instructions.
Our Sales Department will reply to you with a quote. Please note that the larger the order, the more postage you will save.
What should I do if I have trouble logging in?
Please follow these instructions:

If you have forgotten your password, please select the "Forgot your password?" option on the Sign In page. Complete the information regarding your registration details and select the "Reset your password" option.

The shop.doingmypart.com website may be undergoing system maintenance. If so, please wait 30 minutes and try again.
If you are still unable to access your account, you can contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate the problem. We will assign a new password for you and you can change it once you log in.
How much does shipping and handling costs?
Shipping and handling costs may vary depending upon the rates offered by our shipping carriers and promotions we may run. Please check Shipping and Delivery for current shipping rates and/or any promotions we may be offering.

How is the quality?
We take pride in our efforts to give you the highest qualities from the best brands on the planet - at the best price. We constantly improve our inventory to make sure you feel proud to say "I'm doing my part"! If you do not love your shirt after wearing it many times, we are not doing our job. Is my purchase considered a Tax deductible donation?
Doing My Part store is a for-profit social enterprise and a percentage of your purchase goes will go to the specific cause, but it is not tax deductible. However, we also have Doing My Part, Inc. which is a 501c3 nonprofit, so if you would like to make a donation please see doingmypart.com where you can become a member or make a one time donation.
How much of my purchase actually goes to children in need?
When you purchase an item from our shop, the percentage we donate varies depending on the item and the current cause and goal we're working towards as a community. Many times we measure in the resource such as "meals", "jackets", "books", etc, so the amount will vary. Please see the current campaign and if you have specific questions please email us.
